Earlier, 1 November became known the details of the interrogation Saipov, conducted by investigators at the hospital. Security officers told me that he’s completely unrepentant, and virtually bragging about the crime. It is noted that the man did not come to the attention of US law enforcement.

Saipov on October 31 in a rented truck had run over pedestrians and collided with a school bus carrying disabled children. He then with the words “Allahu Akbar!” jumped out of the cab with traumatic and paintball guns in her hands. Police wounded him and arrested. Because of the actions of the offender eight people died, 15 were injured.

On 25 January, the trump instructed the secret service to explore the possibility of resumption of secret CIA prisons outside the country.

The Guantanamo prison camp for suspects by the US authorities in various crimes, mainly terrorism, waging war on the enemy side. It is located on a permanently leased naval base in guantánamo Bay (Cuba). 21 Jan 2009 occupying then a post of the US President Barack Obama signed a decree to disband the prison. The camp was closed during the year. However, the President’s decision was not enforced, the prison continues to operate.
