The third suspect in the poisoning of the former GRU Colonel Sergei Skripal and his daughter Yulia Sergey Fedotov remained in the UK, at the last moment getting off the plane, reports The Telegraph, citing sources.

He arrived in the UK on the same day that two other suspects, Alexander Petrov, and Ruslan Bashirov and had to fly to Russia with them, but at the last moment he picked up his Luggage and did not Board the plane, the sources said.
