Deputies proposed to allow bailiffs to debtors write SMS

Moscow. April 16. INTERFAX.RU — a Group of deputies-“United Russia” offers from 1 January 2019 to allow bailiffs to notify debtors by SMS.

The bill on amendments to the law “On enforcement proceedings” is available in the database submitted to the Duma draft laws, the authors spoke, including the Deputy speaker of the state Duma Irina Yarovaya, Deputy head of the faction “United Russia” Andrei Isayev.

It is noted that SMS messages can be send to your debtors with their consent, it must be confirmed by a receipt, which must be specified mobile phone number.

In addition, the bill proposes that any information, including procedural documents produced in the course of enforcement proceedings will be available to the parties in electronic form on a uniform portal of state Services. The interaction of the parties via the portal “public Services” will also be possible only with the consent of the citizen.

Currently, there is the possibility of sending to the parties of enforcement proceedings in the form of electronic document through the uniform portal of state Services. The authors of the bill emphasize that acceptance of amendments will allow to simplify and make more rapid system of information exchange and interaction of the citizen with the bailiffs.
