Putin expressed condolences in connection with tragedy in Munster

INTERFAX.RU — Russian President Vladimir Putin expressed condolences to the Federal President of the Federal Republic of Germany Frank-Walter Steinmeier and the Federal Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany Angela Merkel in connection with the tragedy that occurred in münster, the press service of the President of Russia.

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg also expressed his sympathy to the victims of the collision of the truck in the German Munster.

“My thoughts are with all those affected in münster. Wish strength to their families, the injured and the first who rendered assistance,” he wrote on Twitter on Saturday evening.

As reported, on Saturday, a small truck drove into a group of people sitting at a cafe on a street in the centre of münster.

The result killed three people, another 20 were injured. The condition of six injured is critical.
