A car bomb exploded in a refugee camp in Deir ez-Zor, the account of victims goes on tens. It is reported by the Agency SANA.
Among the victims many women and children. It is reported that the bomb was detonated by the suicide bomber “the Islamic state” (ISIS, an organization banned in Russia).
On 3 November, government forces reported full exemption from fighters of Deir-ez-Zor, which was considered the “last major stronghold of the ISIS in Syria.” The blockade of the city lasted for more than three years, removed in early September.
