The air defense system of Syria responded to the airstrike by the Israeli air force in the province of HOMS, reports RIA “Novosti”, citing a source close to the Syrian air force.
“Missiles surface-to-air 72nd division of the army of Syria reacted to the aggression of the Israeli air force in the province of HOMS,” — said the source Agency.
The source RIA “Novosti” in the security service of Lebanon said that the Israeli air force fired missiles from Lebanese airspace on objects on the territory of Syria.
Israel and Syria are periodically shelling the borders of each other. Each country explains these actions by the fact that another state has carried out aggressive actions.
