The Minister of internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov during a quarrel with President Petro Poroshenko accused him of doing business in Russia. According to him, the dispute occurred about whether to disperse a protest action near the Verkhovna Rada. “Do you have a business in Lipetsk, Russia does not expect, and in Europe will not accept. So I will not do” — quoted Saakashvili’s words Avakov. The former Governor of the Odessa region, noted that the content of the conversation known to him from various members of Parliament, about the fight which told Avakov, Poroshenko.
Saakashvili added that with the refusal to disperse a protest action related to the detention of the son of Arsen Avakov Alexander. “This case Holodnitsky [the head of anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky] held more than a year, and he yesterday evening gave the course. Of course, on the orders of Poroshenko, it does not cause any doubts”, — the politician said.
October 20 in Kiev the edition “Ukrainian truth” wrote that between Arsen Avakov and Petro Poroshenko, the conflict occurred because of the new Maidan. Allegedly the head of state demanded to disperse the tent camp of the opposition in the Verkhovna Rada, and the Minister of internal Affairs refused to do it. Avakov was justified by the fact that, choosing between a bloody fight in the street and “empty tents”, chose the lesser of two evils.
The evening of 17 October, members of the opposition campaign in Parliament have pitched tents. They pushed the event guarding the guards, took their guards and put them at the intersection of Hrushevsky and Lipsky.
Petro Poroshenko is the founder of Roshen confectionery Corporation. In the beginning of 2016 he passed he owned shares to the management trust of the Rothschilds.
