RBC: the government supported the abolition of corporate income taxes on cars and land
The government supports the amendments to the Tax code to reduce the administrative burden on taxpayers, according to RBC with reference to sources. It is, in particular, the abolition of the obligation to submit Declaration on transport and land tax.
Amendments were submitted to the Duma in December 2018. The paper also proposed to repeal the reporting form 4-personal income tax for individual entrepreneurs and for them to change the order of calculation of tax on income of individuals. Organizations that have assets in different regions of Russia want to allow to take accountability for real property tax only in one of the regions.
In the opinion of the government on the bill notes that the abolition of the obligation to submit a Declaration of taxes on land and transport will require the settlement of powers of tax authorities.
