YEREVAN, April 27. /TASS/. The Russian Federation does not interfere in the internal Affairs of Armenia. On Friday said the opposition leader of the Republic of Nikol Pashinyan.
“The Russian Federation as a state that respects international law is not to interfere in the internal Affairs of Armenia,” Pashinyan said at a press conference. “I’m confident”, he added.
Pashinyan noted that they have already repeatedly talked about the fact that the events in Armenia “occur outside of the geopolitical context”.
The press conference is held after the refusal of the acting Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan to negotiate with Pashinyan in the presence of a large number of journalists. The opposition, however, insisted that the meeting should be open to the press. According to Karapetyan, this form of communication would be fruitless.
