The HAGUE, April 18. /TASS/. The UK will not be able to provide any real evidence supporting his version of what happened in Salisbury. This was stated by Russia’s permanent representative to the Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) Alexander Shulgin in his speech at the extraordinary session of the OPCW Executive Council.
