NEW YORK, April 8. /TASS/. Pyongyang has assured Washington that the North Korean leader Kim Jong-UN is willing to discuss with the American President Donald trump issues relating to nuclear disarmament. This was reported in the Sunday American newspaper the Wall Street Journal.

“The United States confirmed that Kim Jong-UN agrees to discuss the denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula,” — said the publication of an American government official. The newspaper did not specify when and in what form the data were submitted assurances from Pyongyang. The publication notes that officials of the two States in contact.

Earlier, the White house announced that trump during a telephone conversation with President of South Korea moon Jae-Another confirmed his intention to meet with Kim Jong Inom. As it became known on March 8, Kim Jong-UN gave the Tramp through the South Korean representatives a verbal proposal to hold the meeting and the head of the us administration accepted it.
