MOSCOW, April 8. /TASS/. The European Union (EU) have refused the faulty logic of “either the EU or Russia” in respect of the post-Soviet States. This was stated in an interview to Armenian media, the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov.
