The state Duma adopted in the third final reading the draft law on blocking the so-called mirror sites, where repeatedly placed the content with copyright infringement. It is proposed, in particular, to establish a ban on the creation of sites on the Internet, “similar to the point of confusion with the sites to which access is restricted by decision of the Moscow city court in connection with repeated and improper placement of information containing objects of copyright and (or) related rights, or information required to obtain them”.
