The ICR has indicted the former head of the Ministry of Health Moskalev in the case of embezzlement of money Director of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise “Repair and Construction Department” of the Ministry of Health Mikhail Moskalev. He was charged with committing crimes provided for in part 3 and part 4 of Article 160 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Misappropriation of funds on an especially large scale”), according to the agency's website.

It was established that Moskalev fictitiously employed his daughter as an accountant and embezzled more than a million rubles, accrued to her as a salary. In addition, he misled the cashier and received 700 thousand rubles from the cash register, which were intended for two employees of the enterprise. The accused committed these actions in the period from 2017 to February 2020.
In total, the former manager of the structure of the Ministry of Health caused property damage to the Repair and Construction Department in the amount of more than two million rubles. The criminal case was sent to the court.
Earlier on December 2, it became known about the searches in the apartments of the judge of the Moscow Arbitration Court Elena Kondrat and her husband, former deputy prosecutor general, Ivan Kondrat. Elena Kondrat is suspected of transferring 50 thousand dollars to a colleague, she was supposed to make a certain decision in favor of the accused in another criminal case.
