In the U.S. parents have filed a lawsuit against the 30-year-old son for refusing to move from them

MOSCOW, may 23 — RIA Novosti. The parents of 30-year-old Michael Rotondo of Syracuse, new York, filed her son in court because he refused to go away, and won the case, according to the channel ABC7.

Upon hearing the court’s decision, Rotondo called it “outrageous” and vowed to appeal.

According to the parents, he refused to move out even after several eviction notices. The son said that, from the point of view of the law, he was not given enough time.

Michael Reconditely Rotondo also offered him money ($1,100) to find housing. Their son took the money, but said that was not enough.

In addition, according to parents, Rotondo does not invest in the family budget and refused to help in the housework.
