NATO called the condition for dialogue with Russia

“If Russia takes concrete steps to & nbsp; reduce tensions, we are & nbsp; ready to work on & nbsp; building confidence-building measures & nbsp; & mdash; said in the & nbsp; document.

The & nbsp; alliance clarified that & nbsp; are aware of & nbsp; RF & nbsp; proposals on & nbsp; European security, but it is also necessary to take into account & nbsp; NATO concerns. Any dialogue, noted in the & nbsp; alliance, should be conducted on the & nbsp; basis of reciprocity, based on & nbsp; fundamental principles and & nbsp; documents that make up the architecture of European security.

NATO stressed that Russia should not interfere in relations between the alliance and Ukraine, and noticed that all countries have the right to determine their own future and foreign policy.

Earlier, Deputy Foreign Minister & nbsp; of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryabkov threatened NATO with a military response to & nbsp; refusal to provide security guarantees. He recalled & nbsp; Moscow's concerns about the appearance in Europe of weapons previously banned by the INF Treaty with & nbsp; filing an alliance.
