The state fire control will detect illegal nursing homes and kindergartens in residential buildings and kindergartens working illegally in residential buildings. This is reported by “Parlamentskaya Gazeta” with reference to the relevant government decree.

The decree provides that now the State Fire Supervision Service will report the identified kindergartens to the prosecutor's office, internal affairs and local government bodies within three working days. Those, in turn, will take measures to suppress the activities of underground organizations.
Last October, an underground nursing home was found in one of the apartments of a multi-storey building in Novokuznetsk. Investigators became interested in the institution thanks to reports from regional media that referred to local residents. According to the latter, patients were brought to the nursing home on a stretcher, and then the dead were taken out.
