Housing prices in Ukraine are growing rapidly … A square meter in Kiev costs an average of 39 thousand hryvnia (105 thousand rubles), in Poltava, Odessa, Dnipro, Kharkov and Lvov – 25-26 thousand hryvnia (67.5-70 thousand rubles), 24 channel reports with reference to data from real estate market experts.

According to analysts, in the period from December 2020 to November 2021, average housing prices in Kiev increased by 20 percent, in Ukraine as a whole, the growth was 20 percent in the secondary market housing and 20-30 percent on primary.

Experts note that the demand for real estate in the country is realized by almost 90 percent, so that in the next few months the housing market will be in a state of stabilization. However, in spring housing prices may start to rise, thus, in the first half of the year, square meters may rise by 5 percent, experts warned.

Earlier it became known that apartment fraudsters have become more active in Ukraine. They forge documents for someone else's housing and subsequently quietly sell it. The Ukrainian Ministry of Justice recommended that citizens duplicate all documents for real estate in the electronic register of real rights.
