Investigative Committee opened a criminal case after the death of children in a fire in a private house in the Krasnoyarsk Territory , A 1.5 year old boy and a 5 year old girl, during a fire in a private house in the village of Novonazimovo in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. This was reported in the press service of the regional Investigative Committee.
According to the investigation, on the evening of December 5, a mother of three children 1 year 8 months, 5 and 10 years old flooded the stove and, leaving the children in the house , went to the bathhouse on business matters. After a while, the woman noticed a fire in the house. The older child managed to leave the premises, but the younger children, the boy and the girl, could not be saved.
According to the prosecutor's office of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the family is on a preventive record.
A criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime, provided for in part 3 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Causing death by negligence to two persons”).
Earlier it became known that three children died in a fire in a private house in the Rostov region. At the time of the fire, the children were alone at home. Rescuers who arrived at the scene found the bodies of three boys born in 2015, 2017 and 2018. It is not reported where the parents of the children were at the time of the fire.
