Sophia Sapega, a Russian woman convicted in Belarus, was charged

Investigative Committee of Belarus accused the Russian woman Sapieha of inciting hatred, she faces 6 years in prison incitement to hatred, she faces six years in prison, the BBC Russian service reports.

According to lawyer Anton Gashinsky, the convict can be extradited to Russia after a court verdict. President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko may pardon a girl who was accused of administering the Black Book of Belarus Telegram channel recognized as extremist in the country, where personal data of law enforcement officers were published.

The BBC reports that on December 4, Sapieha, who was under house arrest in the city of Lida, was summoned to the UK. According to the newspaper, the girl is in a serious psychological state.

Earlier, a court in Belarus extended the house arrest of a Russian woman until December 25 of this year.

Sapega was detained on May 23 along with Roman Protasevich after an emergency landing in Minsk Ryanair plane, on which they flew from Athens to Vilnius. On camera, she admitted that she allegedly ran a Telegram channel in which personal data of the Belarusian security forces were published. Later, Protasevich, in an interview with RT, said that Sofia did not put any ideological background into her actions. On June 25, it became known that the court decided to soften the measure of restraint for the detainees and released them under house arrest.
