In parallel, Moscow plans to transfer Russian tank units to the Lugansk and Kharkov regions and advance to the large cities – Dnieper and Poltava in the north-east of the country. It is clarified that, first of all, in the cities they will cut off electricity, gas and cut off the supply of food.

According to NATO strategists, at the third stage, Russian troops will attack Kiev from the north. They will move to the Korosten-Uman line to cut off supplies from the western regions of Ukraine. At this stage, the surrender of Kiev is expected, sources say.

Earlier, the Kremlin commented on the data on the allegedly impending Russian invasion of Ukraine. According to Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, Russia is recording an information campaign emanating from the West, the purpose of which is to present Moscow as a threat to the settlement process in Ukraine.
