Soyuz-ST-B launch vehicles with Galileo satellites were moved from the Kura cosmodrome again due to bad weather, the state corporation Roscosmos reports in its Telegram channel.
Launch of the Soyuz-ST launch vehicle -B “with Galileo spacecraft has been postponed for a day due to unfavorable weather conditions,” the message says.
According to the state corporation, the decision to postpone the launch was made by the French security service on the safety parameters of CNES. The launch is expected on December 5 at 03:19 Moscow time.
In the evening of December 3, it was reported that the state commission at the Kourou cosmodrome in French Guiana allowed the Russian Soyuz rocket with Galileo satellites to refuel.
At the end of November, it was reported that part of the launches of Russian missiles would be transferred to the French Kourou cosmodrome. According to the head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin, four missile launches from this cosmodrome are planned in 2022.
