Russian “Soyuz” admitted to launch from the Kuru cosmodrome

Roscosmos: the state commission at the Kuru cosmodrome allowed the Soyuz rocket to refuel the Russian Soyuz rocket with Galileo satellites. This was reported on the Roscosmos Telegram channel. Its launch was postponed twice.

“The State Commission at the Guiana Space Center allowed the Soyuz-ST carrier rocket with the Fregat upper stage and Galileo FOC spacecraft to refuel,” the message says. p>

The launch is scheduled for 03:23 Moscow time on December 4. Favorable weather is expected.

Earlier, on December 2, it became known that the launch of the Soyuz-ST carrier rocket with two Galileo navigation satellites from the Kuru cosmodrome was postponed for the second time due to the unavailability of the French telemetry receiving station.

At the end of November, it was reported that some of the Russian missile launches would be transferred to the French Kourou cosmodrome. According to the head of Roscosmos Dmitry Rogozin, four missile launches from this cosmodrome are planned in 2022.
