Areas of the center of Moscow with the cheapest rent are named

Avito Nedvizhimost: the cheapest area for rent in the center of Moscow turned out to be Tagansky … Such data follow from the study of the service “Avito Real Estate”, whose experts named the areas in the center of the capital with the lowest rental rates. The results of the study are cited by RBC.

The area with the cheapest rent in the center of the capital turned out to be Tagansky – an apartment in it can be rented for an average of 80 thousand rubles a month. The lower than in other areas, the price is affected by the composition of the housing stock, in which there is a lot of panel housing. Nevertheless, over the year the cost of rent increased here too – by 33 percent.

The Krasnoselsky district took the second place in the rating. The average rental price here will be 130 thousand rubles per month, which is 40 percent more expensive than in the third quarter of 2020. The third place in the rating was taken by the Basmanny District, where you can rent an apartment for an average of 170 thousand rubles a month – the cost per year increased by 70 percent.

The most expensive area for rent is Khamovniki. Housing rent will cost an average of 330 thousand rubles per month. The high rental rates are due to the fact that the territory of the district includes the “golden mile” – Ostozhenka, Prechistenka and Prechistenskaya embankment.

Earlier in November, experts from CIAN Analytics named the districts of Old Moscow with the most expensive studios. Prices rose the most in Babushkinsky district: since November 2020, one square meter in studios has risen in price by an average of 92 percent – to 311.8 thousand rubles. The top 3 also includes Khoroshevsky District and Lyublino.
