The President of Poland also threatened Belarus with sanctions if It will organize the transfer of migrants from Afghanistan by air. “If this regime (Belarusian – approx. Lenta.ru ) acts in this way, then I am deeply convinced that there will be a reaction from the international community, primarily from the European Union through the creation of a firm a sanctions regime that will simply block practices of this type, ”Duda warned.

On November 8, several thousand migrants from the Middle East gathered in Belarus on the border with Poland and Lithuania. They are trying to break into the territory of the European Union to get to Germany. The West claims that the situation was specially organized by the Belarusian authorities within the framework of a “hybrid war”.

At the same time, Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki blames Russia for the migration crisis. In his opinion, Moscow is trying to attack Europe with some kind of coordinated operation.
