The lawyer said in the ICR about false testimony in the case of Deputy Samsonov on child molestation 
The defense filed a statement on false testimony to the Investigative Committee of Russia and falsification of evidence in the criminal case of the Primorsky deputy Artem Samsonov, suspected of pedophilia. RIA Novosti was informed about this by the lawyer of the parliamentarian Natalya Kasilova.
According to her, the statement contains a request to initiate a criminal case for perjury against Samsonov.
On November 22, it was reported that the deputy had ended his hunger strike and will undergo a polygraph test. A criminal case was opened against Samsonov under paragraph b of Part 4 of Article 132 (“Other actions of a sexual nature using the helpless state of the victim, committed against a person under the age of 14”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The investigation believes that he, being two years ago on the territory of a recreation center in Vladivostok, showed a dildo to an 11-year-old child and told about the purpose of this object.
Samsonov was detained on November 17. As a sign of disagreement with the investigative actions, the defendant went on a hunger strike.
