Prosecutor's office: violations were revealed at six mines of Kuzbass after checking for explosiveness as a result of an explosion hazard test initiated by the Governor Sergei Tsivilev and the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia after the accident at the Listvyazhnaya mine. This was reported on the website of the Office of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation for the Siberian Federal District.
According to the authorities, violations were revealed at six sites related to the operation of mines that do not meet safety requirements, the duration of rest of employees, providing them with personal protective equipment, and also violations of the requirements of the legislation on planned and unscheduled safety briefings.
It is noted that a total of 28 cases of administrative violations were initiated following the results of the inspection.
Earlier, the official representative of Rostekhnadzor, Andrey Vil, said that representatives of the department in 2021 revealed 914 violations at the Listvyazhnaya mine. He clarified that since the beginning of the year, 127 inspections have been carried out at the mine, and its work has been suspended nine times. The total amount of fines exceeded four million rubles.
