The ex-head of intelligence proposed creating a system in the Turkish government that would allow assessing the risks from the sale of weapons. Beijing also admitted that Turkey should have expected Kiev to use UAVs against Moscow. In addition, such deals can be compared with the supply of weapons to Armenia bypassing Azerbaijan.

At the same time, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, commenting on the use of drones in Donbass, noted: they cannot be called Turkish after the agreement on the sale.
