Collective immunity to COVID-19 above 70 percent is noted in six regions of Russia, namely in Sevastopol, Chukotka, Tuva, Moscow region, Moscow, Karelia, said Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova, quoted by the headquarters for combating the spread of coronavirus infection.

She called on other Russian subjects to pay attention to the experience of successful regions. According to Golikova, in Russia it is necessary to achieve a collective immunity to coronavirus of 80 percent.

According to the data of the headquarters on November 26, the level of herd immunity in Russia is 51.8 percent. A week earlier, on November 19, the figure was 50.2 percent.
