The dollar exchange rate was 74.65 rubles (minus 0.33 rubles), the euro exchange rate was 83.67 rubles (minus 0.3 rubles). Bitcoin, after several days of declines, immediately rose by almost five percent, to $ 58,714.5 per coin.
