Deputy Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party Nilov: statistics should take into account all people with immunity affairs of veterans Yaroslav Nilov told “Lenta.ru” that the idea to expand the issuance of QR codes to two more categories of citizens will contribute to the clarification of statistics.
Earlier, State Duma deputies from the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia prepared amendments, according to which QR codes are also proposed to be issued vaccinated with foreign vaccines and “unofficially” COVID-19 patients.
The parliamentarian explained that statistics should take into account all people with immunity.
“When we talk about herd immunity, we have there are those who were officially ill, and those who were vaccinated, but there are those who were asymptomatic and have antibodies, and there are those who were not asymptomatic, whole villages were sick, were treated themselves and have collective immunity. There are those who went abroad and gave vaccinations with a foreign vaccine, but in this case, we also understand that people have immunity, I believe that this should also be taken into account in statistics, then the picture will be completely different, ”Nilov said.
