The Russians named the main irritants in the apartments

Raiffeisenbank: 43 percent of Russians are dissatisfied with poor sound insulation in housing This is the conclusion reached by the analysts of Raiffeisenbank in their research, writes RBC.

Experts interviewed 1.3 thousand Russians from large cities, including Moscow and St. Petersburg. About 26 percent of respondents live in newly commissioned new buildings, 61 percent – in multi-apartment “secondary housing”, and 13 percent – in private houses. Everyone who took the survey was over 26 years old, and their salary was at the level of 30-60 thousand rubles a month.

The most frequent complaint was poor sound insulation – 43 percent of the respondents noted it. The second most popular annoying factor was the levies of the management company (37 percent), and the third – the behavior of neighbors (30 percent). Other reasons for dissatisfaction in Raiffeisenbank were the lack of space in the nearest parking lot and the remoteness of the house from the metro – they were indicated by 27 and 18 percent of respondents, respectively.

Analysts noted that problems with sound insulation most often irritated residents of new buildings – 53 percent versus 46 percent living in old buildings. However, the unpleasant neighborhood worries the owners of secondary housing more – they turned out to be 32 percent, while among those living in new apartments it became an annoying factor for 25 percent. 41 percent of old houses and 36 percent of new buildings complained about fundraising by the management company.

In addition, experts noted that poor soundproofing more often bothers women than men – 45 percent of respondents are irritated by it and 40 percent of respondents. At the same time, men react more sharply to relations with the management company – there were 10 percent more representatives of this sex than women who noted the problem.

Earlier, experts named the most frequent imperfections of builders in new buildings. The most common flaws in housing are uneven walls and floors, cracks, cracks in windows and balconies, as well as the absence of partitions indicated in the projects.
