Zhanna Friske's family resumed trials with Dmitry Shepelev

“On November 18, a case was heard on the restoration of the deadline for filing a complaint on the part of Friske against the decision of the court of first instance. The deadline was restored, the complaint was filed. The date of consideration has not yet been set, “the court explained.

In July, Shepelev was charged seven million rubles in favor of the family of his former common-law wife, singer Zhanna Friske. The corresponding decision was made by the Presnensky court of the capital. The lawsuit of the father of the singer Vladimir Friske was directed to the grandson of Plato, whose legal representative is Shepelev. The court granted the man's request and recovered 7 million 211 thousand rubles from the TV presenter.

Zhanna Friske died on June 15, 2015 from glioblastoma – the most aggressive and common malignant brain tumor. She was 40 years old. Friske performed in the “Brilliant” group from 1996 to 2003. She later began a solo career, and also starred in the films Night Watch, Day Watch and What Men Talk About.
