Earlier it was reported that bills on the introduction of QR codes in airplanes, long-distance trains and on the right of subjects to enter public places with digital passes were not included in the review calendar issues of the State Duma for December.
On November 12, the State Duma introduced bills on QR codes in transport and public places. This initiative does not regulate public transport, pharmacies, grocery stores and convenience stores.
