Foreign Ministry: Russian, US and EU military should discuss issues of avoiding accidental incidents 
Russia called on the US and EU to jointly create parameters for avoiding accidental incidents by holding military meetings at various levels. This was stated by the head of the delegation at the Vienna talks on military security and arms control Konstantin Gavrilov, TASS reports.

According to Gavrilov, Moscow wants to get these issues discussed so that such scenarios do not become a reality. “Let's organize meetings of military experts at the working level, at the general's level, at any level in order to achieve some parameters to prevent such accidents,” the Foreign Ministry spokesman emphasized.
Earlier, Gavrilov accused NATO of losing touch with reality , commenting on the words of the Secretary General of the alliance Jens Stoltenberg about the possibility of transferring US nuclear weapons to the countries of Eastern Europe. The diplomat called the explosive situation in the European space and noted that the NATO head, with his statements, actually ignored the Russian call to de-escalate tensions in Europe.
