An editor for creating your own stickers will appear in the web version of WhatsApp Images. The function will be available in the web version of the application. This is reported by The Verge.
To use the built-in sticker editor, you will need to click on the paperclip icon in the correspondence and select the “Sticker” option. Next, you need to upload an image from your computer. After that, the user will have access to a number of functions for editing the picture: removing the background, cropping, adding emoji or special stickers.
It is noted that the ability to make stickers for WhatsApp itself is not new: earlier this function could be used in third-party apps for iOS and Android. Nevertheless, it will appear in the official version of the messenger for the first time.
According to the publication, the new option will be available to users of the web version and desktop version of WhatsApp in late November or early December.
Earlier it became known about the upcoming appearance in WhatsApp of a function that allows you to respond to messages using emoticons. It was noted that the new option will be available in the messenger on Android smartphones.
