On November 23, it became known that the United States was going to send military advisers to Ukraine. However, White House spokesman Jen Psaki declined to comment on this information. “I have nothing to announce to you in this regard,” said Psaki.

Earlier, Ukraine thanked the United States for military assistance. Oleksiy Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, stressed that real support cannot always be measured in money.
