Another two categories of Russians wanted to issue a QR code

Izvestia: deputies of the State Duma from the Liberal Democratic Party proposed issuing a QR code to those vaccinated with foreign vaccines public places and transport. The party said that all Russians with antibodies to COVID-19 should have equal rights, Izvestia writes.

In particular, the deputies proposed issuing a QR code to two more categories of Russians – vaccinated with foreign vaccines, as well as “Unofficially” with COVID-19. Deputy Chairman of the LDPR faction, head of the State Duma Committee on Labor, Social Policy and Veterans Affairs Yaroslav Nilov said that such citizens are no different from those who preferred the Russian vaccine or officially underwent coronavirus.

“If the collective immunity, you must give them the opportunity to receive a QR code. Plus, we propose an amendment to amnesty everyone who received fake QR codes. They need to be given the opportunity to vaccinate, “Nilov emphasized.

Amendments to bills are also being prepared by the Communist Party of the Russian Federation; Earlier it became known that the State Duma may consider in the first reading bills on the introduction of QR codes on December 16. It is assumed that the initiatives will not have time to be adopted in three readings before the New Year.

On November 12, the State Duma introduced draft amendments regarding the use of QR codes confirming the fact of vaccination against coronavirus or a disease suffered over the past six months. p>
