58 offices of “My Documents” will become even more convenient for residents after renovation work public services. This was announced by the Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Social Development Anastasia Rakova.
“It is very important for us that visits to public service centers evoke pleasant emotions among residents. That is why we strive not only to constantly improve the quality of customer service and introduce new services and services, but also to improve the office premises themselves, making them more convenient and comfortable. We take into account all the nuances and the fact that completely different categories of citizens come to us: residents of the older generation, people with limited mobility, parents with small children. Therefore, we are taking another step in the development of the infrastructure of the offices of “My Documents” – 58 centers of public services will be updated as part of large-scale renovation work, “- said the vice-mayor.
Major repairs are planned in nine offices of “My Documents”. These are the centers of public services in the districts of Kuntsevo and Mozhaisky, Moskvorechye-Saburovo, Pechatniki, Prospekt Vernadsky, Sviblovo, Fili-Davydkovo, Horoshevo-Mnevniki, Yuzhnoye Medvedkovo, Ivanovskoye. In another 13 offices, within the framework of the current repair, metering stations for consumed utilities will be installed. Additionally, 36 premises of the centers “My Documents” will become more accessible for groups of citizens with limited mobility. staff and lifts. In each office, offices or reception windows for people with limited mobility are allocated, signs in Braille for people with visual impairments are installed. And for hearing impaired people in the centers “My Documents” there is a video remote translation service into Russian sign language. There are sanitary rooms for disabled people, rooms for mothers and children for visitors with children. In addition, all public service centers have additional amenities: a copier, a photo booth for instant printing of photos on documents, payment terminals, a children's play corner, a vending machine with coffee and snacks.
