ATOR: the cost of a week's vacation in Mexico will cost 168.5 thousand rubles in the autumn-winter period. Specialists of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR) studied the offers of the market and named the most profitable of them.
The most budgetary ticket can be purchased from Anex Tour – prices start from 168.5 thousand rubles per week with departure on December 8 and placement in a five-star hotel for two travelers. Tours departing at the end of November will be 11 nights more expensive – from 195 thousand rubles. At the same time, the price includes accommodation in a five-star hotel and all-inclusive meals.
PEGAS Touristik has a more expensive option – the average cost of a vacation with a trip at the end of December for ten nights on similar conditions will cost from 295 to 421 thousand rubles.
“To visit Mexico, Russian tourists do not need a certificate confirming vaccination, or even a certificate with a negative PCR test result. Entry is as free as before the pandemic, without certificates, “said a representative of the tour operator Club Med and noted that due to the comfortable conditions for travelers, the company is showing an increased interest of Russians to travel to the republic.
Earlier in November, Maya Lomidze, executive director of the Association of Tour Operators of Russia (ATOR), predicted a 20-30 percent reduction in prices for air tickets to Mexico for Russians thanks to the launch of charter flights. According to her, the demand for recreation in the republic continues to grow. In the near future, this direction may become no less popular than the Dominican Republic.
