“The man rudely reacted to the remark, using foul language in a public place, and tried to start a fight,” the police said. He had no identification documents, so he was taken to the department. Now in relation to the violator, protocols have been drawn up under the articles “Failure to comply with the rules of conduct in an emergency or the threat of its occurrence” and “Petty hooliganism”. The court imposed a sentence of seven days of administrative arrest.
Earlier in Kazan, they talked about attacks on conductors in connection with the introduction of a QR code system in the region. The administration also appealed to the citizens of Kazan with a request not to show aggression towards the conductors.
