The agency proposes to punish the media with fines of up to a million rubles. For repeated violation of the media, there is a fine of up to five million rubles. It is clarified that fines will also be issued for the distribution of those offers that contain information on remote trade.

The head of the Gamaleya Center, Alexander Gintsburg, warned that Russians who, instead of being vaccinated against COVID-19, buy certificates, can develop new strains of coronavirus. He noted that people who buy certificates not only spend money, but also expose themselves to mortal danger.

Earlier, the Expert Institute for Social Research (EISS) announced the possible acceptance of second passports in Russia in the form of QR codes. As the researchers clarified, electronic certificates of vaccination against COVID-19 have proven to be effective around the world.
