In Novosibirsk, a Russian who killed a female partner out of jealousy received seven years of strict regime
47-year-old Russians. This was reported on Tuesday, November 23, by the regional department of the Investigative Committee of Russia (TFR).
As the court established, in May 2021, a drunken convict, out of jealousy, had a conflict with a 45-year-old concubine. At some point, he hit the woman, and then kicked her, inflicting over 30 blows on the head and body. As a result, the Russian beat his victim to death.
The TFR opened and investigated a criminal case under article 111 (“Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm resulting in death”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. The convict fully admitted his guilt.
On November 19, it was reported that in Yakutia, a 26-year-old Russian who had beaten to death a neighbor, was sentenced to seven and a half years in strict regime.
