Klitschko accused the country's leadership of “shady moods” and urged him to “mobilize all resources” in order to “thwart the aggressor's plans” without wasting funds on “dubious projects.” “Once again, the enemy will test Ukraine for a fortress. We have no right to miss! ” – emphasized the Kiev mayor.

Earlier, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov announced the plan of Ukraine's partners from NATO and the European Union (EU) to act proactively in the event of “military aggression” by Russia.
