“Interlocutor”: Akinfeev bought a 335-meter apartment in the Tverskoy district of Moscow the Moscow Villas residential complex, located on Dolgorukovskaya street in the Tverskoy district of Moscow, reports “Interlocutor” with reference to the data of Rosreestr.
As it became known to the publication, the footballer bought an apartment with a total area of 335 square meters in September 2021. The cadastral cost of housing is 43 million rubles, but the market value of a square meter in the complex is estimated at 950 thousand rubles, therefore, the price of Akinfeev's apartment can reach 318 million rubles.
There are no free housing offers in this new building. The “interlocutor” suggests that Akinfeev could save up for elite apartments in about a year and a half.
Earlier in November it became known that Moscow entered the top five cities in the world with rapidly rising prices for housing for the rich. The first place in the rating was taken by Miami, the second – Seoul, the third – Shanghai, the fourth – the Russian capital, the fifth – Toronto.
Akinfeev is a pupil of CSKA. He's been in the Red and Blues since 2002. Together with CSKA, Akinfeev won 20 trophies, including six victories in the Russian championship and six Russian Cups. Also in the army, he won the UEFA Cup in 2005.
