Commissions for issuing certificates of the presence of antibodies to coronavirus, which allow you to receive QR -code, started working in the Kamchatka Territory. This was announced by the regional Ministry of Health, RIA Novosti reports.
According to the agency, certificates that will allow residents of the Russian region to receive QR codes will be valid only in Kamchatka.
Document form differs from an extract on the presence of a certain level of antibodies – it is issued at the request of a person, according to the Ministry of Health.
The government specified that such a service is paid because it is not provided for by the territorial program of state guarantees. It can be used by those who have had coronavirus, but did not go to the doctor.
Earlier, the Russian immunologist Nikolai Kryuchkov commented on the idea of issuing QR codes based on the level of antibodies. According to him, antibodies are indicators of specific immunity, in the presence of which a digital document can be issued. The specialist emphasized that in Russia there are a large number of people who have had coronavirus with a high titer of antibodies who did not seek medical help.
