Speaker of the Chinese Parliament: it is necessary to increase legislative support for cooperation with the Russian Federation 
China needs to increase and improve legislative support for bilateral cooperation with Russia. This was stated by the chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of the People's Republic of China Li Zhanshu, TASS reports.
The Speaker of the Parliament called for developing cooperation with Moscow on large-scale projects in trade, scientific, innovation and humanitarian spheres. According to him, relations between China and Russia have withstood the test of the coronavirus pandemic and remained at a high level. “We have achieved outstanding results in building up strategic interaction, enriching mutually beneficial cooperation, strengthening the foundations of friendship,” concluded Li Zhanshu.
The politician pointed out that Moscow and Beijing should strengthen international ties against the background of an unstable international situation. In his opinion, it is necessary to coordinate efforts to counter cyberspace crimes, external interference and provoke color revolutions.
On November 12, Wang Wen, the dean of the Chongyang Institute of Financial Research of the Chinese People's University, said that Russia and China should unite with developing countries to prevent US nuclear hegemony. The expert stressed that Beijing plans to continue cooperation with Moscow on maintaining global peace and security.
