The Prosecutor General's Office will request a preventive measure for Rashkin

The Prosecutor General's Office announced its intention to ban certain actions for Rashkin Rashkin's measures of restraint in the form of prohibition of certain actions. This is reported by Interfax with reference to the speech of the representative of the supervisory agency Sergei Bochkarev.

According to him, Rashkin knows well the witnesses in the case of illegal hunting, which means he can put pressure on them. He also added that the actions of the deputy entailed major damage – at least 80 thousand rubles.

Earlier, Rashkin admitted that he did not check whether there is a hunting permit. “Probably, this is my mistake, for which I regret it, it is bitter and insulting, I do not sleep many nights. It would be necessary to check, “the deputy said.

The Prosecutor General of Russia Igor Krasnov submitted to the State Duma a proposal to deprive Rashkin of parliamentary immunity.

On the night of October 29, the deputy's car in the Saratov region stopped by a policeman with an employee of the local hunting committee. They found a dead elk in the trunk. The deputy himself first explained that he saw the carcass of an animal and wanted to hand it over to the police.
