According to him, the belligerent rhetoric that Kiev has been increasingly resorting to lately may indicate an intention to carry out a provocation .
Earlier on November 22, the Military Times, citing a statement by the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kirill Budanov, reported that Kiev first used Javelin in Donbass. According to the minister, these missile systems will be used along with the Turkish Bayraktar drones against Russian-oriented troops.
Later, military historian Boris Yulin said that the use of Javelin in Donbass suggests that the United States is providing direct military assistance Ukraine. As the expert explained, these complexes are very expensive, and not every state can afford to purchase them.
