Ronaldo, Messi and 9 other players are nominated for the FIFA Player of the Year Award the title of the best player at the end of 2021. This was reported on the organization's website.
According to her version, Bayern striker Robert Lewandowski, Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo, PSG attacking football player Lionel Messi, two more were in the top 11 candidates for the prize his team-mates, Neymar and Kilian Mbappe, and Liverpool forward Mohammed Salah.
Voting for the best player of the year starts on Monday 22 November and runs until 10 December. The winner will be announced at an online ceremony on January 17 next year.
Lewandowski received the award for 2020. The second and third places in the voting were taken by Ronaldo and Messi, respectively.
